Fridtjof Nansen Institute

NKK is participating in a project that examines China's role in the value chain for critical raw materials. The project is led by the Fridtjof Nansen Institute and will run until 2024.
The aim is to analyze China's position in supply chains for critical minerals and metals and the consequences for the energy transition, security and the defense industry in the Western world. The project will contribute knowledge and insights into the challenges facing Norway, and how these affect the country's international position and security.
The project is funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Defense.
