Helena Löfgren holds a PhD in Business Administration from Södertörn University and has taught in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship. She has experience in policy analysis, where she has worked on issues related to AI, state aid to enterprises and regional economic development. Helena studied Chinese at Stockholm University and in Beijing, where she also lived and worked.
